Lamb is a small rocky island which lies to the west of North Berwick harbour. On the north and east sides it has cliffs
while on the south and west it slopes more gently to the sea.
Every year, a colony of cormorants build their nests on the flatter top of the island.
Round the cliffs, guillemots and razorbills find ledges to lay their eggs on while shags and kittiwakes also
find suitable places to build their nests.
